James McKeon
James McKeon has over 12 years of experience in business, technology, corporate training, website development, and content management.

As a website developer, James is especially adept at helping clients develop and implement a website strategy: creating the storyboards, prototyping the site, project managing the effort, and providing the technical training to the client after the project is completed. James is a seasoned project manager, web-based training team leader, and face-to-face instructor. He is often seen as a bridge between the technology and business needs in any technology project, but especially in the field of web-based training and development.

At MetLife, James was a driving force behind the development of one of the insurance industry's first training websites and that site's transformation into a learning, marketing, and communications portal. James went on to custom build a site dedicated to the unique learning objectives of MetLife's group insurance division, including interactive courses, testing, and certification. For the Financial Services group and the helpdesk team that supported them, James created a web-based software training database that enabled users to learn on the job and significantly reduced the volume of helpdesk calls.

At the Scudder Funds, James was a Sr. Registered Representative responsible for managing the daily workflow and on-the-job training of a team of Registered Representatives and college interns responsible for the transfer of retirement funds to the Scudder Funds and the AARP Investment Program.
