Paul Steinfeld, founder and president of Paul Steinfeld & Associates, is a learning technology professional with strong expertise and a significant track record in designing, creating, and implementing web-based learning systems, blended learning curricula, learning management systems, and executive education programs.
Paul was previously Assistant Vice-President for Enterprise Learning Technology at MetLife and Global Training Manager at DoubleClick. His company is dedicated to building high-quality, cost-effective, creative learning opportunities for businesses and educational institutions. Its services include eLearning strategic consulting, LMS implementation, website development, and instructional design. Paul has over 30 years of comprehensive experience in education, technology, business, and communications, and an 18-year history of creating outstanding corporate programs for executive education. A lifelong educator, he has taught at every level from college to elementary school, including special and adult education.
As a learning-technology officer at MetLife, Paul led the creation of web-based professional development programs that had a significant impact on cost savings ($5 million in the first year). He transformed sales training, cutting classroom time almost in half with a mix of web-based, virtual, and classroom training that supported emerging business goals, minimized sales force downtime, and better integrated work and learning. Loretta L. Donovan has enjoyed building the capabilities of employees, clients and students for over two decades. She is a passionate advocate for solving the challenges of companies, communities and partnerships through learning aligned with strategic organizational goals. An early adopter and advocate for e-learning, Loretta has contributed to The AMA Handbook of E-Learning, authoring the chapter on implementation. From the first CD-ROM based training projects she lead in the mid-1990s, to designing and teaching online graduate courses for Columbia University and New York University, on staff development and training, leading web-based learning, assessment and evaluation of e-learning, and strategic e-learning for organizational development, Loretta has seen the e-learning industry evolve and grow.
Loretta has held the top learning and organization development position within companies in the healthcare, human services and software industries. She has directed the readiness and functional analyses for LMS projects, and created instructional design standards for synchronous online workshops. Recently, she has been at the forefront of using Web 2.0 technologies for workplace learning.
Loretta completed doctoral studies in Adult & Organizational Learning at Teachers College, Columbia University. She has presented at the AMA Human Resources Conference, ASTD's TechKnowledge and TLT Group's Leadership Conference. She has served on the steering committee for AARP Foundation's Women's Leadership Circle, on the Lifelong Learning Advisory Committee at Columbia University, and on Stanford University's Educational Leadership Advisory Board. Jill Ressler Duffy is an award-winning graphic designer with
extensive experience in adult learning design. She has over 15 years
of professional experience in graphic arts, web development, marketing,
communications, and corporate training.
As a website designer and graphic artist, Jill has used her experience
in marketing and communications to help her customers in many ways
- not only to deliver beautiful websites, but to help customers
sharpen their presentations and better match the purpose of the
content with the audience's likely learning style. Jill understands
the website strategy for each site she constructs and ensures that
the final product will help a business achieve its goals.
In corporations, Jill has held positions as Art Director, Marketing
Communications Manager, and Senior Distance Training Consultant.
At MetLife, Jill was responsible for the design and development
of the user interface of the company's internal training portal
for all MetLife employees. She set the standards for concept, layout,
and design for all marketing materials, websites, advertisements,
and presentation tools for three major business units of MetLife
and worked closely with internal Marketing, Advertising, and Public
Relations partners to ensure that a consistent image and message
was being delivered. She also designed and built a highly-regarded
interactive multimedia course on selling strategies that included
both basic training and case studies. Jill has also been responsible
for creating national advertising campaigns as well as packaging
and promotions for national marketing and training programs.
Jill has a degree in Graphic Design, and has created websites,
logos, flyers, brochures, and special artwork for many businesses.
She was awarded the 8th Annual Exhibition of Print - Outstanding
Graphic Art Achievement Award in recognition of her design and layout
work; the Life Communicators Association Award of Excellence in
newsletter design; as well as other honors for packaging and promotion.

James McKeon has over 12 years of experience in business, technology,
corporate training, website development, and content management.
As a website developer, James is especially adept at helping clients
develop and implement a website strategy: creating the storyboards,
prototyping the site, project managing the effort, and providing
the technical training to the client after the project is completed.
James is a seasoned project manager, web-based training team leader,
and face-to-face instructor. He is often seen as a bridge between
the technology and business needs in any technology project, but
especially in the field of web-based training and development.
At MetLife, James was a driving force behind the development of
one of the insurance industry's first training websites and that
site's transformation into a learning, marketing, and communications
portal. James went on to custom build a site dedicated to the unique
learning objectives of MetLife's group insurance division, including
interactive courses, testing, and certification. For the Financial
Services group and the helpdesk team that supported them, James
created a web-based software training database that enabled users
to learn on the job and significantly reduced the volume of helpdesk
calls.
At the Scudder Funds, James was a Sr. Registered Representative
responsible for managing the daily workflow and on-the-job training
of a team of Registered Representatives and college interns responsible
for the transfer of retirement funds to the Scudder Funds and the
AARP Investment Program.
James is a graduate of Rutgers University and earned a Certificate
in Internet Technology from New York University School of Continuing
and Professional Studies.

Dr. Melissa DuBrowa has over 20 years of educational, business, and project management experience. Her roles have included educator, trainer, training developer, program coordinator, project manager, eLearning director, editor, writer, and department head.
In the realm of corporate instructional design, Melissa developed a centralized, national corporate-wide training program for financial service representatives for a major financial service firm in New York city. She also implemented a Virtual University for a major health insurance provider, originated content for face-to-face and online courses, and repopulated face-to-face content in the online environment. Her experience in training includes instructor-led, train-the-trainer, online, and stand-alone venues. As a curriculum developer, she is adept at writing and editing paper-based materials as well as creating storyboards for eLearning courses.
In the adult learning environment, Melissa has an extensive set of accomplishments. She served as dean and senior professor for a graduate school of education in a for-profit university setting. Melissa constructed a Master's level concentration in Instructional Design and Technology for 14 campuses located across the United States. She has also designed online and instructor-led courses in the realms of: education, health services, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. One of the courses she created focused on assessment processes and standards. It was developed for use by the entire faculty on 18 campuses to help them meet national accreditation standards.
Melissa holds a Doctorate in curriculum & instruction along with a Master's in literacy, and a Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation and Education. She has presented at local, state, and national conferences on numerous topics. Her list of publications is available on request.
